Mission Statement CASA of the Eastern Panhandle, a non-profit organization, advocates for the best interests of abused and neglected children within the court system to secure a safe and permanent home for each child. Vision Provide an advocate for every abused and neglected child in the Eastern Panhandle. Guiding Principles - Every child deserves a safe, loving, permanent home in which to live.
